Here is Kenny a couple years ago at an event in 2004. He felt the car had a good run going and said the hell with sandbagging and ran a 11.98@122mph, but lost due to breakout. This was on a stock 6-bolt motor with an FP Green, an SAFC, and some HKS 272 cams. Kenny is the red car that comes out of nowhere, but you can hear his launch.

This is the second import race of 2005 which would have been mid September. I was still tuning the FP Red after only having it a week and decided against running in the heads up. I placed 3rd in the brackets running 12.2's all day. This run was still time trials. Seems like the honda's always bust next to me. |

This is the last Test and Tune of 2005. It was the last time the '97 GSX was at the track. Pretty cold night and I was having hookup issues. Tires would not catch till around 8K and sometimes not at all. Video is a little crazy because my wife was learning the camera. You can hear her having issues as she's shooting.

This car could have been much faster on this setup. My first run of the night, when it was still nice out I was .5 of a '68 Camaro at the 1000' mark, but I missed my 3-4 shift so I ran 12.0@95MPH to his 11.7@119MPH. Could have had a low 11 second quarter on a 135K 7-bolt stock 2G motor. Instead I settled for a 11.821@117.19mph

Another run from that last Test and Tune Oct 5th, 2005. I bounce off the rev limiter (8250RPMs) on the 1-2 shift because of the tires spinning so bad due to the cold night.

This was the '95 GSXs second run at the June 7th, 2009 Street Tuner event. First event of the year and I have the car is ready to run some good numbers on 91 octane now. First run trapped 108.67mph. It has pretty much ran 12.8s-12.6s @ 106-108mph the last couple times I've been to the track last year and now this year.
